Pistons Sign Johnson

After locking up Mr. Big Shot, Chauncey Billups, for big shot money ($60.5M for 5 years), the Pistons signed their forward of the future, Amir Johnson. Johnson, who's penciled in to play about 15-minutes a game next season, signed a 3-year deal worth $11 Million according to the Detroit Free Press. In other NBA news from yesterday: - Darko Milicic signed a reported 3-year $21 Million with Memphis. We think that's a little surprising since he's done almost nothing in his 4 NBA seasons. Kinda makes you wonder, though. A season ago, Orlando gave up a first round draft pick for Darko (which the Pistons used on Stuckey), but they let him walk out the door yesterday. Fool one team, shame on the them. Fool a second team, shame on them too, but fool a third team...  -It's a good thing that the Magic saved that cash though, they're gonna need it.
