DTE prepares for Mayhem (and I dont mean the massive drinking in the parking lot) on Saturday. Into it’s fourth go-around now, the Rockstar Mayhem Festival has become the juggernaut of the hard rock/heavy metal touring festival circuit. Picking up where OzzFest left off, Mayhem has delivered on a mix of hard [...] Sevendust opens for Disturbed this Saturday night in Saginaw. The rock fans in Detroit were kinda shocked to see that the big time Disturbed tour is bypassing Detroit, in favor of smaller markets such as Saginaw and Battle Creek. Even with the tour missing the Motor City, the venues might be [...] If you loved the other Disturbed albums, you're gonna love "Asylum". If there is a model of consistency in hard rock today, Disturbed holds that candle for keeping things rocking, but not veering off in a vastly different direction throughout the course of their first four albums. Even though their debut, “The Sickness” [...] Before "Asylum" comes out Aug. 31st, check out their documentary Thursday night. Rockstar Mayhem Fest 2011 Thoughts
Godsmack is part of the Mayhem tour, which will hit DTE on August 6th.
After a pretty solid bill last year, the Rockstar Mayhem festival will be back for a fourth year and the lineup this year looks predictable, but yet quality once again this year.
